DISCUS Continues to Win: Virginia is 26th State to Give Cocktails-to-Go Permanent Status

Virginia became the 26th state to permanently allow cocktails to-go when Gov. Glenn Younkin signed a bill allowing allows cocktails to-go can be sold from bars, restaurants and distilleries. Cocktails to-go for takeout and delivery in Virginia had been set to expire July 1.
