Fielding Hills Winery, Chelan, Wash., names Shane Collins winemaker, effective June 26.

The Unfiltered Collection, the national sales division of JH Wine Consulting that builds and establishes distribution channels for high-quality, small-production wine brands from around the world, hires Eric Sothern as president-global sales.  A certified WSET instructor, Sothern most recently was commercial director of Rhys Vineyards.
