Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits promotes Stephanie Silvestre to EVP/managing director, Atlantic Division.  The Atlantic Division is Southern Glazer's dedicated selling division for Constellation Brands. Greg Rabinovich, who has led the division, will support Silvestre during a transition period until the end of the year when he will take on his next strategic role with Southern Glazer's.   Prior to this appointment, Silvestre was Senior VP-Supply Chain & Operations Strategy.
